After more than 14 years heading up various operational services and departments in major international banking groups, Stéphane Hofer founded inCompliance with other specialists and experts in their fields.
Among other qualifications, Stéphane holds a law degree, a diploma in the prevention of financial crime and a certification in Corporate Governance, a diploma as a Specialist in Collective Investment Compliance and certifications as a Risk Manager and Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors.

François Larrey
Partner
A graduate of HEC Lausanne, François Larrey obtained an advanced studies certificate (CAS) from the University of Geneva in 2004.
A founder of VisionCompliance SA, he has been working for more than 10 years as a Compliance Officer outsourcing mandates for banks, securities dealers, CISA managers and financial companies. He specialises in drafting internal directives.

Millicent Larrey
Partner
A co-founder of VisionCompliance, Millicent Larrey works as an AML Compliance Officer for financial companies.
After gaining a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Geneva’s Law Faculty, she continued her studies in England, where she obtained a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Art History from the University of Manchester. Following a spell in the cultural sector, she made a career shift, obtaining a Diploma of International Compliance from ICT. She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Jeanne Jost
Senior Risk Manager
After obtaining a management degree from HEC Lausanne in 2003, Jeanne Jost started out as an external auditor for clients in the Geneva financial sector, in charge of accounting and prudential audits.
Following 5 years in the big4, she shifted to risk management, gaining an advanced studies certificate (CAS) in compliance management from the University of Geneva in 2012. Twice responsible for setting up the risk function within private banks in the area, she specialises in financial and operational risk management (i.e. IT risk). Ms Jost has a firm grasp of banking regulations and financial products and is trained to make a comprehensive analysis of internal control systems. She joined inCompliance in September 2021.

Jean-Sylvain Perrig
Consultant
Jean-Sylvain Perrig is a recognised expert in the field of investments and the structuring of the investment decision/selection process.
He is Chairman of the Board of the Swiss Financial Analysts Association (SFAA), a body which trains investment professionals.
In addition, he has served as Chief Investment Officer at Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild and Union Bancaire Privée.
Jean-Sylvain holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of Lausanne as well as a federal diploma as a financial analyst. He founded the company Premyss SA to provide his expertise and experience for the benefit of financial intermediaries.

In particular, he has managed projects that have led to the registration of financial structures and products in Switzerland, the Cayman Islands and Luxembourg.
The holder of a Master’s in Economics and a diploma in risk management from the University of Geneva, he also has solid expertise in the application of legislation on financial services and institutions and on the fight against money laundering.

David Cosandet

A trained theoretical physicist, David Cosandey has 25 years of experience in market, credit, operational and compliance risk management, rounded out by legal and compliance knowledge. He has held several positions as Chief Risk Officer in banking and asset management. He has taught numerous risk management courses for the exam of the American association GARP and for VisionCompliance in Geneva. David Cosandey is at ease with financial terminology in English, French and German.
